Kinder Crush, Championship...

This weekend Isaiah's team played and won the city Championship for CYO Basketball.  Isaiah was all the more exctied because his teacher made it to the game just in time to see him make the last basket of the season.  She gave him a basketball that she wrote "shoot for the stars" on...he hasn't stopped bouncing it around the house since.  He is in true crush heaven....his teacher Mrs. Joseph was his Valentine after all....lol.

Bubs loves his new bball!  THANK YOU MRS. JOSEPH!

BUBS poses with the first place trophy.

So caleb decided he had to pose too....  :)  Little all star will play soccer soon!

Joshy's team won first place too, isn't he adorable!

So of course, Caleb wanted to take a picture with his friend John!  lol.

Vday and Dancers

Valentines Day Dance:  I was so excited when I heard that the kids were  going to have a Valentines Dance.  I was even more surprised to find out that Isaiah had a "date" planned!!  lol.  Unfortunantly, she didn't show up, but he danced anyway!  :)  The kids had so much fun, I was so happy to see that our children have my dancing genes.....right?  Caleb was a permanent dance partner in Layla's little dance group...which he abslolutely loved!  Isaiah was more of the lone dancer-but he definantly wasn't shy!
First Dance EVER!!!  Right before we walked in we decided to take a quick pick...I was truly excited!!  You understand don't you Ren!!!  :)

Naturally, a quick friends pick...before they got all sweaty and dance crazy....

Two hops two times...

All the way to the floor....

Cha-Cha .....

Come on Ride the Train....

Seriously right!!!  Caleb was definantly part of the group....

Im not really sure where the peace signs came from...but she looks so cute!

Layla's fashion sense surpasses my understanding...I would just wear the white shirt and jean skirt!  Layla knows how to accessorize!!  haha.
Bubs strikes "the coolest pose".
Just some pics to make you smile-

Back in the Groove...fresh window smiles....

What A weekend!  Isaiah has finally lost his first tooth!!!  I can't believe it!  We have always gushed about how beautiful Isaiah's smile is....and of course now he has a beautiful window in his too cute smile!  He was so proud...until Caleb got a hold of the cup that held Isaiah's cherished proof!!!!  It's gone...but not to worry...the toothfairy knows the EXACT moment a kid loses their tooth!  :) wink, wink.  Bubs (Isaiah) had come home on friday after school excited that he had a wiggly tooth...I thought for sure it would be out by next week...but nope...he wanted it OUT!  Poor bubs...doesn't even have a tooth to show off!  So unfortunantly I started to feel sick again...but this time my wonderful hubs came through with some GREAT homemade Caldo!  It's so  yummy- I am warming a bowl for me right now.
Isaiah's team played the last game of the season at woodlawn...so I took advantage of the photo op- it was such a beautiful day.  Layla had a friend with her which made for a good time to take some friendly photos too for her new photo album.  :)  Then it was off to BR's for some much needed sweet time-bubs hurt his finger during the game....
I am just happy that i finally got the camera back out.
Mmmm..this caldo is soo good...so lets get to the pics so I can eat:

Winter Wonderland....err San Antonio style!

Michael's Snowman....the kids were AMAZED!!!  :)

We woke up to a white street and white sidewalks-unfortunantly I am still feeling extremely sick so the kids had to wait till Mike got up to take them out to make miniature sized snowmen.  haha.  Isaiah wanted to make snow angels...which would have been more like mud angels!!!!  Layla was so excited to see snow-it was her first time...so here is the picture-its already 10am-most of the snow has already melted away into slush-the only snow is really from the dirty cars and the sidewalks.  Layla said Mom-have you ever seen so much snow!!!  :)  My sweet little san antonio girl!  This will most likely be like my 1985 for them...hopefully not but probably.  The kids are in the back playing in the cold weather-brrrrr.  I forget that when you are a kid cold doesn't matter...My little babies-maybe we can go on a vacation one year where they can see actual snow and not just a snow sheet on the ground!  :)  It's too cold for me and my respritory infection so my lovely hubby is outside taking picutres of the kids for me while I watch from the window.  aahh.  You have to love living in a city that shuts down for so little ice and snow.  Seriously though...we do need to look into haveing back up tires for times like this....there were like 500 accidents last night.
